It is expected that the day will be following the guidelines below.

Doors open at the school at 8:30 am, and the day begins at 9.00 am. As well as our Dealers' Hall, there will be lectures during the day.

Refreshments and meals will be available throughout the day and from 5.30 pm we will have a licensed bar prior to our Gala show which starts at 6.30 pm (see below).

The approximate times for the day are:

  8:30am Doors open for Convention attendees, and the Cafe opens for breakfast (see below).

  9:00am Main Hall: Convention starts, with a welcome from the Wessex Magic President.

  9:05am Main Hall: short Dealer Demo's.

  9:15am Dealers and Lectures.

  6:00pm You can enter the hall for the Gala Show.

  6:30pm Gala Show starts.

  Interval.

  9:30pm approx. Show ends.

ABRA-CAFE-DABRA

The Cafe will be open at 8:30am for breakfast, and will stay open until 6:00pm.

Breakfast available from 8:30am until 10:30am.
Arrive early, and grab breakfast before it all kicks off!

Lunch from Noon to 2:30pm.
In a rush beween lectures? Pre-order your lunch to save time!
Snacks, Refreshments, Sandwiches, Cakes and Deserts available throughout the day.

Pre-show Dinner available from 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
You can also pre-order your Dinner.

A licensed bar will be open from 5:30pm for pre-show and interval drinks.
You can pre-order your drinks for the interval ready for collection, to save you having to queue.
